Okama, who is an illustrator, a comic artist and a designer, released his character making guide book Happy Character Making by Okama (Okama no tanoshii kyara dukuri) on the 23rd February, .

This book contains the series of character making guide that were serialized on the magazine Monthly S (Kikan Esu).

He shows how to create an original and unique character design, how to put various colors and his method to draw a half-animal character like a Catgirl.

With some texts, this book contains beyond 1500 drawings by Okama.
